Appointments & Consultations
New patients are always welcome! Physician and self-referrals are also welcome. To schedule an appointment, please call (843) 763-4466.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
Emergencies & After Hours
Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call (843) 763-4466 and the on call doctor will be contacted immediately.
Co-Pays & Percentages
We request that all co-payments be paid in full at the time of service. Patients without insurance are required to pay $150 before being seen at their first visit; this amount will be refunded if the services rendered do not amount to that price. Payment plans are available upon request.
Payments can be mailed to Retina Consultants of Charleston, 3531 Mary Ader Avenue, Bldg D, Charleston, SC 29414 with checks made payable to CNI.
